The featured series, The Dance of the Seasons, was showcased at the I Speak Art III exhibition in Calgary’s Arts Commons, presented by the Immigrant Council for Arts Innovation (ICAI). Through this set of evocative illustrations, Liss celebrates the strength and joy that emerge from adversity, using the cyclical nature of the seasons as a metaphor for personal transformation and the newcomer experience.
