Art Therapy
Alongside my work as an illustrator, I use art as a gentle way to support healing, self-expression, and connection. In 2025, I completed an Art Therapy Certificate, expanding my practice to guide others through creative experiences.
My approach is intuitive and welcoming, focusing on the process rather than the outcome. Through art, I create space for people to slow down, explore their emotions, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
I have facilitated community workshops for children, immigrant women, and mothers in Calgary, offering a safe space to create, share, and feel supported. These gatherings help build connection, reduce isolation, and nurture a sense of belonging.
I believe that art can be a powerful and beautiful way to heal, reflect, and find your voice.
